SPORTS DAY


Sports Day began with Mr. Swan heroically fighting with the hired P.A. equipment, a battle which he eventually won.

Winning was also the theme on the sports field, with the boys battling for winning positions.

The day was warm and sunny and the competition on track and field proved to be one of the most closely fought in recent years, with only 4 points separating the top 4 squads.
David Buck led Africa to victory and in the process broke the Sports Day records for 300 and 800m.

The afternoon was suitably rounded off by Mrs Buck presenting the prizes to the victors and the winning squad.
