Open Mornings
We have one Open Morning each term on a Saturday morning between 11.00am and 12.30pm. All visitors are met by the Headmaster and his wife and will be shown around the school by our senior boys. All children, grandparents and other relatives are very welcome to come along.
Visitors have an opportunity to meet teachers in their classrooms, see the pupils at work and view key areas around the school. In the summer term various activities and games lessons can be seen in action. Following the tour, visitors are welcome to join the Headmaster, staff and current parents who will answer any queries you may have whilst enjoying a cup of coffee and a cake. There is also the opportunity to speak to our Admissions Secretary, Mrs Sandy Spall, about registering your child for Aldro.
We would like our visitors to feel they have had a good opportunity to meet and talk to members of staff and pupils. In order to help with the organisation it is very helpful if parents can let us know that they would like to attend one of our Open Mornings by calling the Admissions office 01483 409020 or emailing hmsec@aldro.org. If you are unable to attend an Open Morning, and would like a personal tour with the Headmaster, please phone the Admissions office to arrange an individual appointment.
