Aldro is the data controller and our contact details for enquiries with regard to your data are as above.

We will use the contact details and information about your child that you send us via the Aldro website for the purposes of:

· responding to your enquiry about the school

· requesting a prospectus

· registering for an Open Day or Taster Day

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our school.

We will keep the data for up to 1 year from our last contact with you (or longer if you establish another relationship with us, at which time we will provide you with a Privacy Notice which covers this and any additional data you provide to us).

We will share your contact details with our advisers who may seek feedback from you.
